TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, and to cancel any commission if I feel it is necessary. Any commission I cancel without having any significant progress will receive a refund.My art may not be used for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
My art may not be used for Generative AI.
DO NOT repost any of my art onto X (formerly Twitter).

Payment

  • Payment is required upfront via Paypal invoice, always in USD. Complicated designs may result in higher price. Chargebacks without discussion will result in the client being blacklisted.

  • Full refunds are only offered before I begin work; partial refunds can be offered at any stage. Once the artwork is complete, you will not be refunded.

Process and Usage

  • I require a clear reference sheet for all commissions. NSFW reference sheets are accepted.

  • I will update clients in every major step, but feel free to ask for an update whenever you want. If there is any sort of delay, I will contact those affected.

  • I retain copyright over my artwork. Commissions are for non-commercial use only. Please provide a link back to my profile when reposting or using your commission.

  • Turnaround can be up to 2 months; if I feel I am not going to be able to complete your commission, I will cancel and refund the money. If your commission is a gift for someone, we can negotiate a deadline.

WILL DRAW: Anthro, Feral, Human/Humanoid, Gore, Most fandoms.
WON'T DRAW: Any NSFW, Hateful/Discriminatory artwork, certain religious imagery and fandoms (ask if unsure!)

Extra characters are 50% of the type of commission - backgrounds vary in price depending on complexity, but simple color/gradient backgrounds are free!

PROCESS

Read my terms of service and my prices thoroughly before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you agree to all terms.

To commission me please send me a DM @faowoo on Bluesky, tumblr, or toyhouse with the following info:

  • Type of commission

  • Clear reference sheet

  • Paypal for invoice

  • Specific poses/expressions/requests (optional, but encouraged)

  • Any extra info for character

I do have a full-time day job and am only able to work on artwork on Mondays and Thursdays. My turnaround time is thus rather slow, but I will always provide updates!Please let me know if you want me to refrain from posting your commission, whether it is a gift, or you simply want it private, and I won't post it! Otherwise, I will usually post commission batches.Feel free to let me know if I need to change anything once you receive your commission! I want you to be 100% satisfied, and minor edits are free. We can discuss major edits, though I'd prefer you mention them before I begin lineart.
